The terms and conditions are valid for all tickets during the Sardinia Salsa Festival. By ordering tickets through our sales partners you accept their general terms and conditions, too.
Your personal data will be treated in full accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. Any information that we obtain will be used solely for the purposes for which it is intended. All personal information relating to customers and users is obtained and protected in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. Your personal data will not be sold, rented nor transmitted to any entity. You provide your personal information voluntarily for the purposes of processing orders and marketing. You have the right to refuse the use of your personal data for marketing purposes. All user information is strictly confidential and used only when such information is necessary to fulfil our obligations to customers and users.
Our site’s registration system requires users to give us contact information such as their name and e-mail address, and demographic information such as a ZIP code, sex and some more festival specific information. The customer’s contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary and inform him/her about festival activities. Festival specific information is used in order to give the customer the best possible experience.
By ordering through the Internet you will find a registration form, which has to be filled out completely. Before registering you must read and accept our terms and conditions. After using the ordering form and ordering successfully you will receive a confirmation of registration via e-mail.
We regret to advise that no refunds will be given to pre-purchased tickets.
All sales are final. As is the policy with all major festivals & concerts, we cannot issue refunds. However, you can transfer your tickets to another name. Please email the full names of the pre-bought pass along the full names of who they are being transferred to and the pass type. A fee of 20 euro is added for administration.
Checking in, Applicability
All passes for the Sardinia Salsa Festival can only be picked up by the Check-In counter at the Festival centre. Losing a ticket is at your own risk – the organizer will not take responsibility for compensation of lost tickets. Tickets may not be used unauthorized, may not be copied or changed in any case. The full pass wristband is personal and once placed on your wrist cannot be given or sold to another person. A broken wristband taken off from your wrist will not be accepted.
Hotel & shuttle service conditions
The festival is officially from Thursday 11th of October until Monday the 15th of October. Special prices for Dei Pini and Punta Negra are during the festival but also a few days before and after the festival. Dei Pini closes on Tuesday the 16th of October. If you want to stay longer, we can book a room in Punta Negra which is open all year long (upon availability).
Shuttle service from and to the airport is from Tuesday 9th of October 13.30h until Tuesday the 16th of October 09.00h. Shuttle service from Punta Negra to the festival hotel Dei Pini is available during the festival at certain hours (you will receive an email about that).
Sardinia Salsa Festival organizers are going to film and take photos during the parties, workshops, etc. These pictures and films will be used/published for promotion and advertising reasons (i.e. Website, Facebook, Press-Releases, TV, etc.). Each participant, visitor, artist, etc. agree to the publication of his pictures and the film without any compensation. Taking photos or videos during the workshops is not allowed without the permission of the festival organizers and artists.
All participants are responsible for their own health insurance during the festival in case of physical injuries and accidents.
The organizer withholds the right to change the schedule before or during the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
